BPC-157 is a short chain of amino acids first found in human stomach fluid. Researchers test it in rat models of gut injury to measure healing speed and blood flow changes.

## How it works
Step 1: Injury cuts blood supply and raises oxidative stress.  
Step 2: BPC-157 appears to activate the nitric oxide system.  
Step 3: Nitric oxide widens vessels and opens collateral routes.  
Step 4: More blood reaches the area, carrying repair cells and oxygen.  
Step 5: Ulcer size shrinks and tissue continuity returns in the tested models.

## Why it would work (logic chain)
If new blood supply reaches damaged gut faster, then oxygen and cells arrive before further breakdown occurs. If cells arrive before breakdown wins, then ulcers close and symptoms tied to open tissue drop. The chain is therefore blood flow first, tissue closure second, symptom change third.
