My grandmother is quite ill, taking care of her here, when that's done there won't be a reason to stay in Napa. My property (3162 Vichy Avenue) is worth roughly $3M --- I believe you have purchased our cabernet, it was probably about 20 years ago from my grandfather (Gholam Massoumi). My neighbor with an extremely similar size property/layout has a house worth roughly $10M.... Other houses on the street as high as $20M with same amount of acreage. My preference instead of selling our vineyard (when the time comes)  is to remodel it (right now it's a tear down, selling it as is would be a big opportunity lost), turn it into a high end vacation // seasonal rental -- something that could be highly appealing to people who don't want to stay in a hotel downtown, private events, ETC. Do you think, at some point, there is an arrangement that could be made whereby you could own the wine in perpetuity, but, the profits from the wine/the vacation rental are something that would be co-owned? Not a deal for right now, just curious if that's at all interesting to you.
