10-4 , speaking w Maureen have identified most of the things i need to work on to remove friction. Do need to confer on some items in this and map out how big or small i need to make the team involved (2+kristin, etc)

Also, list - pretty sure When price settles we’re at supposed margin but need to figure out what the redundancies are for RTK away from the indecisive ones.

Yes - just wrapped with him.  I told him we were doing quite a bit lately that had a more neutral tone or point / counterpoint approach.  This seemed important to him for reasons you mentioned.  I think if we were not doing any of that, he's probably not interested.  I also told him his name didn't need to be attached to all content - that seemed to help also.

I'll get him connected to Maureen.  He's not available though until Monday.
