Current logistical problems could be resolved through adding a little bit of organization / complexity to the excel for workflow between Maureen and process flow.

Other items were having to do with:

Getting trench writers in

Providing more complexity to image library to reduce required internal work and decision

Maureen having a deputy/asset level equivalent

Items where complexity would become involved are systemizing the horizontal workflow of story iterations.

Implementing HootSuite to maximum potential, benchmarking; and posting on time tiers to eliminate redundancy where page posting may be inefficient due to fan redundancy, etc

For lists, assuming the 40% reduction is as projected; and assuming no improvement to RTK status, should still get to a satisfactory margin.

Free on cell if have time to inventory.

Yes - just wrapped with him.  I told him we were doing quite a bit lately that had a more neutral tone or point / counterpoint approach.  This seemed important to him for reasons you mentioned.  I think if we were not doing any of that, he's probably not interested.  I also told him his name didn't need to be attached to all content - that seemed to help also.

I'll get him connected to Maureen.  He's not available though until Monday.
