Hello Dina,

Do you happen to have a copy of the vineyard lease agreement which existed between Esteban Llamas (the “Manager”) and my mother. This would be separate & aside from the grape purchase agreement.

I have been through the majority of the house and haven’t found it, and am unable to supply one to Scott (from Coblentz), as such.

Please send back to Scott & I if you find it.
