I had to pay $24,000 to get the vineyard managed, as the only alternative was to bull doze it, which I somehow got from an SBA Covid Loan. I can’t sell the house until the house is empty, and I can’t show the house until the house is insured. So, right now I am whoring myself to every annoying pest who sells wine, or wine investments, from here, to London, to literally Hong Kong. Which is a slight relief from the irritations of working for Eastern European crime gangs, but, perhaps more degrading to my soul since I hate wine people. I have to muster up $10-15k just to move the shit out of my families house, then pony up another few K to get it insured, just so I can then have the honor of selling it. Once I have that check, you all are at the top of the  List, followed by the government, and a few debtors. MPBF = #1 though. Aaron has stuck with me, when everyone else has abandoned. It means a lot. That said, I am immobile in terms of liquid cash as being the joyous recipient of a $3m estate has as of now cost $100k some how and truly an evaluation of the bank statements is something I don’t even understand. When I have it, you’ll know, since you’ll have it. I apologize it’s taking so long, it is what it is. I did not expect this situation. No need to ask, trust me, I’m aware. Paying my debt is the only way I can then make my true dreams come true, make a downpayment for litigation to try and make emotional hell and financial ruin for the people in my family who stole the $200k of jewelry from my mother before she died.
