DET Hayes queried the CLETS system and fictitious put in court documents that I currently own a pistol I sold 11 years ago. The GVRO was dropped by the Sheriff and I provided the voicemail left by Counselor Myers saying they were dropping it. As I’ve detailed, Cutting falsified court documents, he opened an email a dozen times which Miller never opened, which I was made aware of by the public defender. Since I filed the IA complaint against him about two weeks ago and since I sent my LOI stating my interest in recalling Engram I haven’t heard back on the IA complaint, and Cutting has gone from addictive reading and rereading every email I send to not checking any. It would probably be beneficial for you to ask me the questions if you have any. Anyone who has looked into me, can likely assume that the Sheriff would probably go about this differently given a second opportunity given my robust political background and my penchant for intolerance of government malfeasance.
