# Facebook journal — 2025-11-01

Am I getting old, or just old enough to finally have found a calling that means something to me? My Apple Watch gave high heart readings for the first time in my life from getting angry. Where do I end and where does the work begin. There is no gradation or separation. I have become unified with what I aim to do.
