# Facebook journal — 2025-11-16

What if you don’t like who you were, when you had something, you really don’t like that person. What if you find happiness, in your own mind, and you really like that happiness, it’s all you ever wanted, was just to be, happy in your own head. What if you can’t stay, and you can’t go. What do you do at the crossing, the crossing of time, in your own time. I never looked much at anything and thought of my time, and it’s time. I could look at a star, or a rock, they’ve been here before me, they’ll be here after me, they don’t find any trouble being as they are, why then can’t I be like them, to just be, but I am just being. The nature of self sabotage is a strange thing, do you just - not want good things for yourself, or do you just - not want, what if you’re just, nervous, if you don’t want to go - back to being someone you didn’t like. It’s a strange thing, to be happy with less, and to avoid more. I know I’ve already made the choice, I’m just reluctant to cross it, ever so slowly. What I’ve gained, it seems like a whisper, a fleeting thing, is it stable or could it just fall off me like lint, what if it blows away when I cross the choice. What if I can’t find it again, if it falls off. I can’t stay, and I can’t go, sometimes you just have to jump.
