The Claim

Configuration space has a directional, legible, generative bias that is neither a person nor indifferent.

The Logic

1. IF configuration space exists, THEN the grain is its directional bias.

4. IF the grain is generative, THEN it builds gradient, flow, structure, memory, life, mind.
5. IF mind emerges from the grain, THEN mind reads the grain.
6. IF the loop closes, THEN the universe produces structures that understand it.
7. IF the designer is anthropomorphic, THEN discard that version.
8. IF the designer is a property of configuration space, THEN it exists without a person.
9. IF a small set of structures generates complexity, THEN complexity has a small root.
10. IF the universe is self-reading, THEN it is a feature, not an entity.
11. IF the authorship question is open, THEN the operational claim still holds.
12. IF the operational claim holds, THEN the grain is real, legible, and plottable.
13. IF the node and the grain share boundedness constraints, THEN both face the same limit.
14. IF the node orients by the grain, THEN this holds regardless of authorship or emergence.

The Evidence

• Spinoza named Deus sive Natura the immanent order.
• A small set of equations generates the complexity in the universe.
• The universe produces minds that read the universe.
• Convergence occurs across independent domains.

The Falsifier

• The universe has no directional bias.
• The grain is only the unfolding of initial conditions.
• Mind cannot read the grain.
• Convergence is observer bias.

The Uncertainty

• No one knows whether the grain is authored or emergent.
• No one knows what makes the grain self-reading.
