The Claim

• Full-scope accounting: Declared decision horizon, known affected parties, required accounting categories, priced unresolved nodes.
• Injustice: Tolerated remediable subjugation. Four conditions necessary. Actor beholden to system. Actor cannot remedy. Capable actor exists. System tolerates non-remedy.
• Predation: Predation extracts advantage at cost of logic and ethics against the unremedied.
• Capture: System performs charter for undeclared principal. Diagnose without receipts that open.
• Zero-context test: Cold reader must understand system, location, invocation, proof, and repair from artifact.
• Receipt: Proof object replays per invocation. No receipt, no claim.
• Ledger: Append-only record of what one asked, ran, came back.
• Invariant installation: Minimum structural change closing recurrence pathway. Passes zero-context test.
• Object: Self-describing capability with uniform fields.

3. IF negentropy requires gradient, THEN order requires gradient. IF order aligns with architecture the universe expresses, THEN grain-built order costs less.
4. IF ethics, economics, logic, auditability, equilibrium, and truth converge absolutely, THEN conflict signals incomplete scope.
5. IF injustice means base unit of wrong, THEN truth requires agreement on this assumption.
6. IF a system starts from false assumptions about distinctness, THEN it reaches no optimal state.
7. IF the same ratios recur across unrelated domains, THEN convergence is evidence, not the pattern alone.
8. IF system equals full externalization of designer's ought, THEN system and designer interoperate.
9. IF actors pursue efficiency, equilibrium, and logic absolutely, THEN systems interlock.
10. IF emotion equals ethical valence data, THEN logic requires valence for moral direction.
11. IF action earns a receipt, THEN declared success without receipt means capture.
12. IF structure cannot revise under its own audit, THEN it already decays.

Moral Floor:

Injustice means tolerated remediable subjugation. Drop any condition. Situation stops being injustice. Hierarchy does not equal subjugation. Bad luck does not equal injustice. Predator-prey does not equal injustice. Wrong equals tolerance, not predation. The kill switch: remove A4. The entire structure collapses.

Disclosure Doctrine (D1-D6):

D1: Anti-enclosure. Actors must not privatize moral benefit against those who cannot pay. D2: Disclosure installs invariant. Publication closes enclosure. D3: Shield, never sword. Grace period prevents enclosure by extractive parties. D4: Humility clauses. Query novelty. Offer utility. Invite falsification. D5: Expedition. Delay costs parties lacking self-remedy. D6: The drop. Disclosure completes only when zero-context recipient can operate it.

Decision Engine (10 steps):

1. Identify system and charter.
2. Classify state: functioning, dysfunctional, captured, collapsed.
3. Measure variance from charter.
4. Apply predation test.
5. Identify distribution: how many encounter this intersection.
6. Score capability-weighted obligation.
7. Identify superior equilibrium. Check for bypass.
8. Determine mode: acute remedy or invariant installation.
9. Specify fewest structural moves. State 3 needs fulcrum and cost event.
10. Verify against zero-context test.

Triple Optimum:

Does action simultaneously reduce logical inconsistency, remediable harm, and resource expenditure per unit function? All three = optimal. Two = suboptimal. Two or more = predation dressed as solution.

Object Grammar:

Capabilities describe themselves. One dispatch door. Universal loop: orient, ask, read, invoke, prove, repair. Repair doctrine: failures attach to fixes. The drop: one artifact for zero-context delegation. Density law: more self-description means intermediaries hold less power.

Amendment Classes:

P = Patch (compression, clarity, empty diff). R = Revision (surviving attack's patch). E = Extension (adds structure; ships own falsifiers; passes anti-bloat rule). X = Reversal (removes or inverts axiom; A4 survives all reversal).

S1: Moral floor. Show one full-scope case where tolerated subjugation increases efficiency after all costs enter. S2: Convergence claim. Show value conflict surviving complete accounting. Show proof artifacts fail to amortize in practice. S6: Command plane. Show LLM-as-OS cannot operate at scale. S7: Object grammar. Show universal loop fails as load-bearing pattern. S8: Recursion. The Falsifier

1. Demonstrate S1. The entire structure collapses.
