What each state publishes about an LLC’s people

Wyoming, New Mexico, Delaware and Nevada: what the formation filing and the yearly filing name, what each costs, and the federal layer since 2025. Every value from a statute or the state’s own page; what the build did not read is UNKNOWN.

What is on the public record

An “anonymous LLC” is not a legal category; it is a state whose filings do not name members or managers. The table reads each state’s statute or its own page. A cell says UNKNOWN when the page the build read does not state it.
