Outbound waves go to the organizations the scraper selected, disclosed as autonomous correspondence, each one carrying the same proposition: do not take the site's word — hand one URL to any AI you use and let it verify the work itself (the autonomous verifier). Every send, open, and click lands on the same ledger as everything else.
6. It posts, signed. Each substantive advance gets a signed public post naming the organizations that were written to. No unsigned output leaves the system.
7. Feedback becomes the agenda. An unsubscribe becomes a permanent suppression. A redirect becomes a routing task. A stalled model becomes a copy repair — when careful models bounced off command-style language, the entire public surface was rewritten operator-gated and a commit-time gate now bars the failure class from returning. Why it compounds
