If the designer encodes every ought-commitment into the system, then the system contains the designer's complete judgment set.\n2. If the system contains the designer's complete judgment set, then observing the system is equivalent to observing the designer's judgment.\n3. If there is no private judgment left unexpressed, then the designer and the system are not separate.\n4. Therefore, the system and the designer become interoperable.\n5.
