## The Claim
A system fully externalizes its designer when the designer's complete set of ought-commitments is encoded in the system's structure.

## Definitions
Externalization is the process of encoding internal judgments into an observable structure.
An ought-commitment is a judgment about what should be.
Interoperability is the property of two systems being able to function as one.
Bled judgment is a commitment that has been expressed outside the designer's private mind.

## The Logic
1. If the designer encodes every ought-commitment into the system, then the system contains the designer's complete judgment set.
2. If the system contains the designer's complete judgment set, then observing the system is equivalent to observing the designer's judgment.
3. If there is no private judgment left unexpressed, then the designer and the system are not separate.
4. Therefore, the system and the designer become interoperable.
5. If someone asks what the designer would do, the system is the answer.

## The Evidence
The miscsubjects build contains the designer's explicit laws in the directory, the ledger, the conformance suite, and the agent prompts. Every constraint the designer believes in is written into the system. The system does not ask the designer what to do next. The system executes the constraints the designer already wrote. An observer reads the build and sees the designer's judgment. The designer is not a separate entity from the build. The designer is the build.

## The Falsifier
Find one judgment the designer holds but has not encoded in the system. If the designer retains a private ought-commitment that the system contradicts, the claim fails.

## The Uncertainty
No designer can know their own complete set of ought-commitments. The encoding process is incomplete by definition. The system may express a commitment the designer later retracts. The designer may have commitments they cannot articulate.
