A system perfectly aligned with its charter function is simultaneously logically consistent, ethically sound, and economically optimal.

## Definitions
**Charter function** = the stated purpose of a system. **Logical consistency** = minimum internal contradiction within the system. **Ethical soundness** = minimum remediable harm tolerated by the system. **Economic optimality** = minimum resource expenditure for maximum correct function.

## The Logic
1. If a system aligns perfectly with its charter, then it produces its declared output directly.
2. If output is direct, then internal contradiction is minimized. Therefore logic is consistent.
3. If harm is minimized and function is direct, then remediable harm is not tolerated. Therefore ethics is sound.
4. If resources are not wasted and output is direct, then expenditure is minimized for function maximized. Therefore economics is optimal.
5. Therefore, all three descriptions converge on the same state.
6. Predation is triply suboptimal: it introduces inconsistency, generates harm, and elects an inferior equilibrium.

## The Evidence
A factory dumps waste into a river. It violates its own safety charter (logical inconsistency). It harms downstream communities (ethical unsoundness). Fines and cleanup costs exceed the cost of proper disposal (economic suboptimality). One action fails all three simultaneously. One optimum would satisfy all three.

## The Falsifier
A case where ethical soundness and economic optimality conflict with no accessible resolution. Or evidence that logically consistent systems are frequently unethical or economically wasteful.

## The Uncertainty
The claim assumes the charter itself is sound. A perfectly executed evil charter is logically consistent but ethically monstrous.
