This was missing from WT-0236 entirely, and LOOP-TEAM-TENANCY-SPEC.md section 5 says the lead type is loop-peptide-leads, which is not what he said; the Loop team's lead type is loop-chiropractor-leads and the peptide source is a different thing. Lane C half: the lead type row, the two channels, the draft edit, and the approval card working for an actor whose permission level is team rather than developer. The one approval object by draft hash that LEADS_SEND already demands is the only approval; editing a draft invalidates the approval, and a send is refused unless the approval matches the payload being sent. Suppression is enforced at send. iMessage is owner-comms-only for cold outreach today (CONSOLE-UNIFIED-SPEC-v3 section 1.4 says the adapter refuses it for leads) — so either the adapter's rule changes deliberately and the change is recorded, or the team's iMessage sending is warm-reply only and the app says which. Do not quietly ship a button that cannot send. Pairs with Lane E's WT-0240 tenancy; the tenant is loop.",
