Law student. Writer on AI governance. Healthcare AI is being built faster than it is being governed. I am a board-certified psychiatrist with more than two decades in clinical practice, a former United States diplomat, a forensic expert witness in state and federal courts, and a law student focused on how artificial intelligence should be regulated in medicine. This site is where my clinical work, forensic practice, and writing on AI governance live together. AI Governance Writing Forensic Practice Diplomate, American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology 2L, Cleveland State University College of Law Forensic Psychiatrist and Consultant Clinical judgment and policy work, in the same place. Healthcare AI policy is being written right now, often by people who have never sat with a patient in crisis or weighed a difficult diagnosis under uncertainty. I think clinicians belong in that conversation, and that the people writing the rules need to understand what the technology actually does when it meets a human being who is unwell.
