Together we listen deeply, notice what is unfolding in your life, and discover practices that nurture greater freedom, compassion, and peace. ​ The best way to know whether spiritual direction is right for you is simply to have a conversation. Our introductory conversation is free, with no obligation. Over time, Buddhist meditation revealed the same Presence I had always known—still, compassionate, and alive. ​ ​​​Over the years, silence, compassion, and presence have become the wellspring of my own spiritual life and of the way I accompany others. As a spiritual director, I invite you into practices that deepen awareness, compassion, and freedom. ​​​ I hold a Diploma in the Art of Spiritual Direction from San Francisco Theological Seminary and practiced Zen meditation for many years with Fr. Gregory Mayers at Mercy Center.
