I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, whose work is body centered and integrative. I offer psychotherapy to individuals and couples. You can contact me with any questions you may have before we set up an appointment. When you endeavor into the journey of personal exploration through psychotherapy, it is about the process of opening more fully to yourself and all the parts of who you are, so you can be more present, connected to yourself and others; freer to express love, joy, inner strength and innate gifts. Often, we decide to venture into therapy when feeling overwhelmed with life’s challenges, finding it hard to be present to our own vitality and optimal functioning. Making the choice to seek therapy means there is a desire to move toward healing, positive change and transformation. The process of psychotherapy can be a catalyst to assist you in connecting to your inner truth and core self. Entering into a quiet and calming environment where you can slow your internal pace down and begin to access the deeper parts of yourself, allows you to discover not only what is preventing you from personal growth, but also to see gifts you may have pushed underground. When we can release and heal the traumas which have been keeping us stuck, we may find an inner freedom which moves us forward with the full expression of our gifts. Learn more About Cheryl I have been in the counseling field, as both a clinical hypnotherapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, for over 25 years. I find it meaningful and rewarding to work with those who have come into therapy with me.
