I recommend Green Fireplace Solutions 5 Stars without reservation. From my first contact with Lindsey, to installers Richie and Connor, service was top notch and highly professional. The product, a gas insert, is fantastic and exceeds expectations in every way. When I expressed a minor concern, owner Ralph was on the phone with me in minutes resolving my questions. If you want a reliable, Novato and family owned business, Green FS is the best Solution! Fair pricing and honestly the best customer service possible, you will be glad you chose Green Fireplace Solutions Novato.

Green Fireplace Solutions did a great job of customizing my likes into the fireplace design. Ralph has close relationships with his team, Jacob, Justin and Paul. Ralph does a good job of coordinating all the work involved. I appreciate the attentiveness and careful design work that included Jacob’s hand-carved borders around the marble hearth. Justin saved me from having to cut into my walls to add an electrical line by effectively running a line down to the fireplace from my attic. Paul’s a knowledgeable and excellent painter. Ralph and his team do exceptional work and they are definitely experts.

Amazing work. Ralph was not in rush to sell us anything and consulted us throughout the project. He was willing to come back multiple times to make sure we were 100% happy with the result which is now the centerpiece of our den. Excellent for resale.

Our heater died, and couldn't be replaced for a month. We had a quote for a fireplace insert from a year ago with Green Fireplace Solutions. They worked with us on the old quote to find a nice solution. Since we were freezing in our house, they did everything they could to fit us into their already packed schedule. As promised, they came in a few days and installed our insert. The unit looks great and kicks out a lot of warmth. They did a great job, the team was super efficient and responsive. It's also nice to support a local business. Highly recommended!

Just got a fireplace insert from Green Fireplace Solutions in Novato, CA, their quote was very fair and the best of the three quotes we got from various companies in Marin. They do their own gas lines and needed electrical (if you are going with a fan) which made their quote lower than everyone else. They walked us thru all the available options and provided great consult and suggestions for our specific needs. They worked with us on our schedule and were very accommodating. The installers were clean efficient, careful and courteous. The quality of the install was excellent and they were done in a day. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about installing a fireplace insert. We wanted a clean simple look and thru working with them got exactly what we wanted (see attached before and after photos)
