Robert and Russell completed a sort of grueling project for us that tested our patience, as only an IT project can do! But they approached it with a friendly, encouraging attitude and hung in there to get the results we needed. Thank you Robert for your good natured support through it all. I feel confident about relying on R & R Consultants for any other IT issues we come up against in the future and recommend them highly!

I feel R & R Consulting in Marin County CA is without peers for your IT needs. They have transformed our computer lives (70+) by updating our equipment, improving safety from hackers, improving Wi-Fi speed, and reduced wire clutter. You might say that many could do those things, but not with their timely in home service, remote support, professional detailed fairly priced invoicing, and patience to explain the best use of our software. Russell is especially understanding of the average persons limitations and helps you to elevate your capabilities. I could not recommend a company more.

I brought in a MacBook Pro 15 inch 2017 with a broken command key along with a replacement key that I had bought on eBay. I thought the replacement was NOT the right part since I had repaired a broken key on a 2015 MacBook Pro and this key looked so different. And, I didn't want to start taking keys off to see what they looked like as replacement of keys can be tricky. The tech from R&R looked at the broken key and the replacement part and left to get a special tool to remove one piece of the broken key on the keyboard and put on the replacement. It took less than 10 minutes, but I couldn’t have done it as it required the tool along with the expertise to remove the piece (which at first glance seemed to break the key further). The tech wouldn’t take any payment even though I offered. So not only was R&R knowledgeable and friendly, but very customer friendly. I will be using them for future computer issues.

I met Russel to go over the decals on my trucks. I had some but they were terrible. He designed my new logo, which rocks, and then did the vinyl decals on my trucks. They look amazing and I already have had calls from them. I appreciate the time and dedication they gave to me and will be a return customer

RNR has been great. I do most of the maintenance on my computers myself. However when I get stuck, RNR has always fixed the problem fast and for a fair price. They always fix it first time, every time.
