This was very beautiful. I was there in the afternoon in July. Turned out to be to hot for me. Got here by college of Marin Indian Valley campus. Next to baseball field. Parking fee Monday thru Saturday except Sunday and School Holidays.

A nice preserve with a couple of miles of trails and some fire roads. Some of the hillside trails can get a little steep. I went in late fall, but there are a few canyons with streams that are likely flowing in the spring after some rainfall. A nice place to hike with some decent scenery.

Nice hike to small pond and small waterfall. Had to cross a small stream several times. Can be muddy after a spring rain. Many switch backs during elevation climbs or descents. Some nice wildflowers along the trail. Viewed several birds, including turkeys and many small lizards, frogs and tadpoles. Don't forget your insect repellent for mosquitoes. Trail head located at the furthest parking lot next to the college ball fields.

Lovely place for a walk, hike, bike or canine time! Easy or challenging trails (see map on Marin Open Space site). You can fill up water and use the bathroom at the college too, both are by the playing fields. The best climb is Buzzard Burn, don't miss it!

Took a nice walk here. Parking is on a nearby street and not especially abundant. The trail we took was well laid out and well maintained. Looks like we could have taken several other routes but time was short, so we just went out and back. Dogs enjoyed it. Woods and scenery were beautiful, as is standard for Marin County.
