Novato Kitchens & Baths | By Appointment Only

It's been nothing short of a pleasure to work with Rich DiCola at Novato K & B for almost 5 months. His 40 years of expertise in design transformed our 65-year-old kitchen into a beautiful, usable space with amenities we never were thought possible. He gave me tips on how to save money, which vendors to go to (as opposed to big box stores) and had lots of connections to put me in touch with the right people. He was so creative, professional, timely, highly-detailed, and put us in contact with a top-notch general contractor that got the job done in 7 weeks. Rich's skill in project management, communication, problem-solving, honesty, and his pleasant, business-like demeanor made it easy for us to navigate the project. From minute one, we felt we were in good hands with Rich. You will not be disappointed if you hire him to help you transform your home. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

We worked with David Kiljanowicz at Novato Kitchens & Baths to remodel our 1,030 sq. ft. home's tiny kitchen. At every step of the way, David was a patient, thorough guide, helping us make our vision a reality on the budget we could afford. The end result is truly spectacular: a functional kitchen that can comfortably accommodate two people working, while also providing ample storage which had been sorely lacking in the previous layout. We can now comfortably host our extended family without anybody bumping into a wall or chair. Little touches like the spice drawer, utensil drawer, and book shelves above our dining bench ensure the space is purpose-built for our needs. We're extremely happy with the end result and obviously highly recommend David!

Rosalind Demello from Novato Kitchen and Bath was extremely helpful and professional in the entire process of our kitchen remodel in November 2022. The cabinets are beautiful. We had numerous problems with the contractor who installed the cabinets and this was no fault of Rosalind. She offered to meet with the contractor to review the plans prior and during the project. When the install went bad, she was helpful in solving the issues to get the job completed. I would highly recommend Novato Kitchen and Bath for any remodel project.

We just finished up a kitchen remodel. At the outset our contractor suggested we use a kitchen planner that he has worked with in the past. We were hesitant at first based on previous experience with "planners". Right off the bat we were impressed with Robin. She listened to our ideas and then offered some ideas of her own. Our kitchen is small and is also the hallway from the front of the house to the back. It was a tough space to work with. Robin came up with a couple of layouts, one was very good, and the other was awesome. There were a couple of tweaks that we worked out to send it over the top. Robin, the contractor and the tile guy all worked together to produce an amazing kitchen that far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Robin. If you are looking for a REAL planner we feel you can do no better.

Our experience with Rich was exactly what we had been searching for. We are remodeling 2 bathrooms, and after going to CTW, Home Depot, Tubz and a few other places we just happened to walk into Novato Kitchen and Bath. Rich was an excellent source of knowledge and expertise as he guided us in our selection of items and design concepts. He was an excellent communicator, friendly and attentive to our budget concerns. All products arrived as promised and are of excellent quality. We highly recommend Novato Kitchen and bath for kitchen and bath design .
