A very quaint little park. Great for kids of all ages. Hopefully, it doesn't get constantly TPed like it did when I was there...

Fun quiet park. Saw a coyote here at 930 am.. looked healthy and unafraid. All the people steered clear, some dogs barked ,but all was calm. Live and let live.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this HOA management over the years. Communication is practically nonexistent—they rarely answer phone calls, and voicemails are almost never returned. It feels impossible to get a straightforward response when issues come up. Their payment system is outdated and unreliable. The online platform they use does not consistently match the actual account statements, which has led to repeated confusion and errors. As a result, I’ve been incorrectly charged late fees and penalties multiple times, sometimes amounting to hundreds of dollars. Resolving these issues takes unnecessary time and effort due to their lack of responsiveness. What’s particularly frustrating is that while service and systems remain poor, fees continue to increase regularly. Over the past 10 years, my HOA dues have nearly quadrupled, with no noticeable improvement in service or infrastructure. Overall, the lack of communication, outdated systems, and recurring billing issues make this HOA very difficult to work with. I would strongly encourage improvements in transparency, customer service, and technology.
