Very poor service! When it was our turn to order after waiting five minutes, the cashier didn't even acknowledge that we were there. We stood there waiting to order another four minutes. They need big help in customer service skills. Note: the last time I was here I was in the drive through for 25 minutes. I don't think I'll ever eat here again.

They have an employee problem. If you make the mistake of saying you are reading the menu, you will need to wait a long time until they think you have been punished enough. Good ol' KFC but running the gauntlet of the employees rath will keep them in the break room longer.....

At this location currently. The lobby looks clean, but we waited over 5 minutes for a famous bowl. When my order was finally ready the girl behind the counter yelled "HERE!" And went back to vulgar conversation with her co-workers. They were playing with some electronic. Not welcoming at all. Poor service and disrespectful employees.

Employees are disrespectful. Always yelling loudly and cursing even when children are around. Throwing food on the counter when it’s ready like we did a horrible thing ordering food. I get that it’s a fast food joint but there should at least be common courtesy to act somewhat mature when customers are eating in the store.

Had a minor issue with biscuits. But the manager didn't waste our time. She just offered a different option. Quick and efficient service.
