I hired AGCL for sizable remodel of our 100+ year old home which included structural work, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and updated kitchen and bath. We are very happy with the results and with AGCL. Jimmy was transparent, offered reasonable pricing, and deployed a solid crew. He was available for regular check-ins and questions and was truly dedicated to ensuring we were happy with the final product.

I needed a contractor to get my house ready to rent, and I feel very lucky that I got Jimmy’s card from a worker at my neighbor’s house. From start to finish, Jimmy and his crew proved to be extremely knowledgeable, capable, and reliable. Even as I expanded the scope of the project with additional work along the way, they were able to handle everything efficiently and at a very fair price. What stood out most was the honesty and professionalism—qualities that can be hard to find in this industry. The work was excellent, the pricing reasonable, and the communication clear throughout. I’ve already recommended Jimmy and his crew to friends, and I’ll gladly do so again. Finally, an honest and reasonably priced contractor who delivers awesome results!

Jimmie renovated my garage and did a fantastic job! When I tell you it's the nicest room in my house, I mean it! They insulted three of the walls, added a large window, and installed vinyl flooring. Significant repairs had to be make to the ceiling drywall as it was taped so poorly and now it's a smooth level 5. I see clients in my garage for PT and they all comment on how nice it turned out. Jimmie was easy to work with, communicated well, and his subs were fabulous. We plan to work with him again for our bathroom remodels.

Jimmy Lopez was recommended to me by a friend who is a real estate investor. The process was seamless. He stayed within my budget. The landscaping results were beautiful and professional. Mr. Lopez prioritized my satisfaction, asking that I consider reasons why my wishes may or may not be successful based on his training/license/experience. He has a calm demeanor which eliminates stress I may have with taking on large projects. He kept me informed during the process, conferring with me on issues that came up. Changes to the scope of the contract were respectfully discussed and amended to the contract. All that he did served to increase my trust in him. Therefore I had hired him for an additional kitchen project

This team is thoughtful, clean and honest. Their work is lovely and provided good feedback on ideas to keep things cost effective while delivering a contemporary design. We encounter some surprises like any construction project brings and they were so helpful in managing these surprises and stayed on schedule. Highly recommend.
