This company left the pump running costing over $800 per month. They dismantled the timer. They disabled the pool filler. They left the pool full of leaves for weeks which they said could have blocked the pump. After 2 years of service the owner insulted me and complained about the equipment. Find an owner operator who is skilled and knows how to open a gate without complaining!

Fantastic repair service. A competitor wanted a lot of money and never fixed the solar problem. Poolcraft fixed it in 30 minutes and fixed the iAquaLink system which the Jandy customer service people has totally messed up. I highly recommend this company. Friendly and professional.

ran into truck lic#841595 on the road. driver passed many cars in a do not pass lane and ran me off the road then flashed obscenities while driving. Very unsafe and unprofessional behavior from their representative on the road (with their logo on the truck.) Hopefully this company takes this driver from behind the wheel of their truck. I definitely do not want those trucks in my neighborhood if those are the drivers they hire. Won't be using their service if that is who they get to represent them.

Stay away ! Rude people , they set up appointments and don’t show up , the lady on the phone is not only vulgar and rude she is also clueless !! Call others for your service there is no advantage in using this company

We’ve been using Poolcraft to service and maintain our solar pool heating system, and the experience has been outstanding. Marcus has been incredibly helpful — consistently going above and beyond. When we moved into our home, he came out to inspect the entire system and didn’t even charge us for the visit. Last year, we had to relocate some of the solar panels to allow for roof repairs, and Marcus and his team handled everything seamlessly — removing and reinstalling the panels with great care and professionalism. He even provides support over the phone, always with a positive and helpful attitude. We highly recommend Poolcraft and Marcus for anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly service.
