As a repeat customer, I’ve been consistently impressed by their expertise, honesty, and customer service. Ryan was incredibly helpful in identifying the issue with my rear wheel and took the time to clearly explain the problem and the available repair options. The team thoroughly inspected my bike, answered all of my questions, and offered practical solutions without any pressure to purchase unnecessary services. The repairs were completed on time, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I could immediately feel the difference when I picked up my bike—it rides smoother than it has in years and was worth every penny. What impressed me most was the combination of technical expertise, honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Ryan and the bike technicians are highly skilled professionals who genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dependable bike mechanics.

The guys there are great. They always try and get me in and out in a timely fashion. I will continue to take my bike there for repairs and service.

They fixed my relatively new Specialized Roubaix but went over and beyond. They let me know if my fix could be under warranty, clued me into the buttons on the top of the hoods that I could be using, just a wealth of information. Not to mention they’re friendly and of course if you’re thirsty well they got you covered there too.

I bought my youngest daughter her most recent bike here and I had a great time lol. The beer bar makes it easier to throw down the coin that bikes cost these days lol. In all seriousness though, the staff is EXCELLENT and the selection of bikes is pretty nice. Their store is not large but they stock more higher end selections so if you do get something from them, it will be a quality product. One of the other things that I like is that it is a local business and their employees seem genuinely happy to be there. That's a big deal for me. Because of all that I went there again today to look at a new bike for my son. I didn't have a couple beers like last time though. I love their little bar "The Alibi", it's hilarious. They stock some pretty decent local selections as well as things like IZZE fruit soda as well as chocolate milk for the youngest of riders. If you are in the market for a quality bike, I would highly recommend stopping by, having a beer and test riding a bike!

Friendly shop and shop/repair work has been consistently good over the last couple years. Happy with upgrades they figured out when other shops couldn't. If you're in or near Novato they are worth checking out.
