Sara, the property manager at this location is fabulous! She's the main reason I've stayed at 300 Rush Landing the last 6 years. She is smart, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I are taken care of--even if it is after hours. It is extremely rare to find people like Sara these days who care about their customers, adding a personal touch that is so important to a big company's reputation. I hope her exceptional customer service is appreciated and duly recognized by this company. Big as it may be.

Sara is so helpful and professional. We were having trouble with keys and she offered solutions and support to make sure our family got their needs taken care of. The office was so clean and the facility felt safe and inviting. I’d give 10 stars if I could

From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Josephine and Sara who helped us went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. They took the time to walk us through the facility, clearly explain the details, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of warmth and professionalism at the same time. Moving and storage can be stressful, but they completely changed that experience for us. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly stood out. They made us feel welcomed, not rushed, and made sure we had everything we needed. That kind of service is rare and deserves recognition. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work, and it made a stressful task feel easy. Because of her, I would absolutely recommend this Public Storage location to anyone. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Sara is so great to talk to. She helped me rent online and talked me through the entire process. Then when I got there in an emergency, she helped me amend my contract and she has just been an amazing person. Public Storage is blessed to have this woman as an employee.
