We hired Customized Hauling to clear a house in San Francisco and later, in Sonoma. Matt and his crew were easy to work with, professional, fast, hardworking, and they always went the extra mile. Matt is honest and his prices were better than any of the others. They do great work!

We are STOKED about the service Matt and his team provided us and thank them so so much! Matt was super easy to work with, extremely flexible and fair, and he worked with our schedule when we had an urgent deadline to meet. The whole crew was unbelievably patient and nice, not one grumble or grouchy face, and instead of trying to quickly finish up and bail, they kept offering to pick up more stuff. That was amazing. We are so impressed. Hire this company. You will not regret it.

Can I give 10 stars? If you ever find yourself knee-deep in chaos wondering how in the world this became your problem, call Matt and the team at Customized Hauling. We were dealing with what can only be described as the Mount Everest of messes — a hoarding situation, mixed with flooding, sprinkled generously with cat rooms (yes, plural), and topped with an aroma that could knock over a rhino. We were on a brutal deadline — escrow was closing in mere days — and after days of cleaning, packing, and convincing ourselves we were “almost done,” we hit the wall. Matt’s crew showed up like superheroes with dump trailers instead of capes and somehow managed to clear out over 9,000 pounds of leftover chaos without flinching. They didn’t complain, they didn’t flinch, they just got it DONE — fast, professional, and with the kind of good humor you need when dealing with something this gnarly. They saved the closing, our sanity, and probably our immune systems. If you’ve got a disaster that needs disappearing — whether it’s years of accumulated stuff, the aftermath of “a friend who swore they’d clean up,” or an entire cat colony — do yourself a favor and call Matt. Customized Hauling doesn’t just haul junk. They haul away your nightmares.

Everything about this company is awesome! Matt, the owner, is fantastic. He has scheduled me last minute and has helped us time and time again over the years. Their prices are the best we have seen out there!! They are incredibly fair, reasonable, respectful, friendly, and hard-working! Will and Tomas are amazing. They get things done, no matter what. Highly recommend!!
