UNSAFE & LOUSY! I don’t even know where to begin. This shop was sold and new owner is awful… charged me $1600 to do work that wasn’t even done correctly, I left with my vehicle in a completely UNSAFE condition. I told them I had difficulty steering and they charged me $1600 for lower controll arms, inner tie rods, outer tie rods, and an alignment… after all the work was done they returned the vehicle to me with torn boots on my steering rack and zip ties. Even after their work, the vehicle would not hold the alignment and the steering wheel continued to be unaligned… They told me it’s “all good and safe” but my problems were not fixed! after their work was done, STEERING WAS STILL AN ISSUE AND THE VEHICLE FREE WHEELED - I did not have controll of the steering. The steering shaft separated from the upper yolk (very uncommon yet deadly). I had this part replaced by a different mechanic who also noticed that several bolts on the control arms & work done by Country Club Auto were too loose and not to spec. When I left CC Auto, the left control arm rear bolt was so loose I could hear a popping & physically see it popping out of place when the steering wheel was turned all the way - because CC Auto didn’t tighten the bolt to spec… I went back to Country Club Auto asking them to review the work they had done & make it right… The mechanics were telling me “no our work is good. You need new ball joints and rack and piñion now” which is false (mine are fine I’ve had 2 different opinions from mechanics saying the control arms weren’t tightened enough). I stayed for several hours until I could get them to review their work and realign the vehicle. Their mechanics are unprofessional, disrespectful, unsafe, and rude. I feel completely ripped off. Several mechanics have told me to never return to CC Auto. Horrifying and a total headache of an experience! Great job dropping the ball big time and letting me down financially and in a sense of safety! This place sucks. -10/10.

Just amazing! These guys were so friendly, calm and helpful. Since a long time we had a tricky problem with our throttle body. We exchanged the throttle body one month ago, but the engine light was still on. Country club tried literally everything to find out. They tried to change the sensor on the gas paddle... In the end they found out that the throttle body we exchanged one month ago is faulty. The car works perfectly now!! Prices are great!! They even helped us to get a new part from O'Relly.

Wow, some of the best service I've ever gotten from a mechanic. PRICE - Best in the county (and I called around) EXPERTISE - Car run smoother than ever before! HONESTY - They were able to fix up a part that would've cost an extra $300 to replace. They didn't have to go the extra mile, but they did. SERVICE - Every phone call was so kind and polite, both office and mechanic staff. I'm going back here for all my car needs for sure. 100% would HIGHLY recommend for anyone in Marin county!

I took my Volkswagen in to have some codes looked at, the mechanic obviously does not know what he was doing . Because when I picked up the car after they told me I needed to do brakes and change the oil all the codes.lights were still on When I picked up the car, this is the main reason I brought the car in. They told me no problem.they definitely do not know what they’re doing. I will have someone check the work they did . They are incompetent at best.

Been here about three times by my memory. Seems like a nice honest shop; mechanics are professional and try to let me know in advance if there are any changes that'll need to be made. I trust this place and will continue going here.
