I just walked out of the store without buying the shoes I had picked out. The cashier was incredibly unpleasant; she insisted in falsely accusing me of cutting the line. I tried to let it go, but she kept lecturing me on my manners. I asked her to stop, but when she actually called me rude, I decided to leave her and the shoes. I refused to stoop to her level.

Tried to return pair of sneakers, but no box, store manger told me that company policy is not to accept returns with no box, called customer service and according to them they accept returns with no box, floor manager have power over general policy. they say they have the policy to made easy returns, even I told manager that I wanted to exchange for different brand, paying extra in price.

The rudest, nastiest older woman manages this store ~ she was scolding, and I mean, literally scolding one of her employees like she was a stray animal, not even using words making noises and snapping her finger. I have never been so appalled and all my life. Cannot imagine the hell it must be working for that woman every day.
