I'm so sad to post this- had a wonderful experience at the car wash, car was thoroughly cleaned, the people worked hard- dried well, clean inside. And then I noticed the horrific, very large scratches on my wheel rim. Car is brand new. Ouch. :-( I wanted this to be my go-to car wash but sadly I am one and done with this place. Boooo..... In response to "owner" comment.... yes, it is the front driver's side wheel. If I am following the directions of your employee as to where to steer, it sounds like you need to get better protection for the entrance tracks.....

Solid overall exterior wash, interior cleaning, armor all on tires, and carpet shampoos … not a better value in Novato area for $57. If you buy the 4 pack for the cost of 3 that drops it to $42.50. Solids overall job although like all of these high-out, partial machine and mostly hand cleaning businesses, it won’t be perfect all of the time. Invariably you’ll find some parts of rims that aren’t fully cleaned are small sections of the body that have been missed. All in all though, doing all of this yourself would take several hours. Solid work and good value overall. On weekends, go early. If you pull right up to the cashier, with a works plus you’re usually done in 20 minutes. Today rolling up on a sunny Saturday around noon took closer to an hour.

Go at your own risk. Came all the way from Sonoma for the good talk about it. Customer service is good, but they don’t have soft bumpers for rims. This place damaged my AMG rims, swirl marks all over the car and just overall a choppy for the money and tips expected. Felt no need to post pictures of the rest of the car, it’s still absolutely filthy, as you can see in the picture of the rim.

Amazing job cleaning my SUV inside and out! They are hard working, detailed, and nice people. Plus they have a great pricing deal with buy 3 get 1 free!
