I cannot say enough great things about summit properties in Vacaville. My experience with them has been excellent from beginning. They helped provide me with a rental incredibly fast and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Communication was consistent, professional, and reassuring, which made finding my next home so much easier. I especially have to recognize Kelly at the front desk/reception. She is genuinely one of the most wonderful receptionists I have ever dealt with. Every single time I walk into the office, she makes me feel welcomed and cared for. She takes real pride in her job, listens to concerns, follows through, and makes sure that things that need attention are addressed in a timely manner. Kelly goes above and beyond what you normally expect from a receptionist. She represents the company extremely well and shows what great customer service is supposed to look like. Someone needs to give this woman a big raise! Employees who care this much about the people they serve are hard to find. From helping me quickly secure a rental to staying communicative and making sure maintenance concerns are handled, my experience with Summit has been fantastic. Their own website emphasizes personalized service, communication, and maintenance coordination, and that absolutely reflects the experience I've had with their team. **Five stars all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Summit Properties, and an extra five stars for Kelly!**

If you are renting and trying to find another home, then you know how stressful searching can be. The place we currently reside now is way too small for us. I've worked with awful property managements before, so I was hesitant with going through a property management. Summit Properties had a home I immediately loved and gave them a try! From the initial contact with Christine, the application process, and signing a lease, I felt great working with them. They were able to help me find a great sized home for my kids and I and within my budget at that! Application process was so easy! Christine is amazing! Just have all documents ready to submit when asked for!

Be forewarned, they do not have any interest in the return of a security deposit if the property owner decides to keep your deposit. They disagreed with the homeowner's ridiculous claims of damage (the list was long and comically dumb) and broke off a business relationship over it. We had to take Summit and the homeowner to court (the small claims advisor told us we had to sue both of them). We won most of our money back. The pro tem judge dismissed Summit from the case since the judge said the withholding of our money was 100% the owner(we feel they should not have been released completely). In addition, after being released from the case, Summit did not say anything positive about us as tenants and remained silent in court. In summary, they are a business and hope you just go away if there is an issue. Also, I would be very careful if renting 130 Aurora Way, it is in need of updating and the misguided homeowner owner will want to use your security deposit for normal upkeep. Take pictures of every square inch before and after.

Summit Properties is awesome! Easy to work with, every time I call them I receive quick service and every problem is fixed. They answer all my calls. Summit makes it easy for me! This company does and excellent job. We are very happy with them. And we live in a beautiful home!

The ladies Marisa and Sharon were super helpful! I haven't rented a place before so for my mind being all over the place especially wading though having an emotional support animal, Marisa was really patient and friendly! My husband and I ended up pulling our application but I definitely recommend Summit Properties and should we have to rent.... we'll probably go back there assuming they have available properties within our budget!
