The lady that worked there today was absolutely amazing! She was very nice and attentive, and made my sub the exact way I wanted with perfect portions. Food itself tasted good as well! I'd definitely come back to this location compared to others in the area.

Staff and owner are incredibly rude. My 2 year old son picked up a plastic cup by the counter which we did not need. I offered to pay the $0.25 cup fee since they could not reuse the cup. The staff told me that I had to pay $2.79 because we touched the cup even though we did not get a beverage. When I protested the charge as we had not had a drink she proceeded to call the owner who said that I had to pay a dollar for the cup. My kids love the meatball Grinders here and we usually visit once a week but we will never visit this location again after the way they treated us.
