Nicholas took our very complicated situation and created a life-changing refinance for us. He and his team worked diligently behind-the-scenes to make the process painless and simple on our end. He explained everything to our understanding as we went along. He was incredibly efficient and moved things forward very quickly, saving us even more than we expected. We are so grateful for the time, hard work, and effort Nicholas put forth for us.

We started working with Nicholas at the very beginning of our home journey - and it was a great experience. Partnering with Nicholas and Chanelle was one of the best decisions we made as we entered the very competitive North Bay housing market. Without their insight, communication skills, and wonderful personalities, we would have had a very difficult transaction with the mortgage company. Thank you so much for helping us purchase our dream Eichler home. Cheers!

What fantastic service. Nicholas made the whole process feel like a walk in the park. He made himself available whenever we had a question or wished to talk through a concern. He demonstrated a deep knowledge across a range of products, suggesting only those that met our specific needs (which were somewhat challenging). Throughout the entire journey we felt confident we were in a safe set of hands, and would not hesitate recommending Pinnacle Capital Mortgage to friends and family alike.

Chris (along with Teresa) were great. They were on top of things, had good communication with regular updates, and gave us honest feedback on possibilities and support in going through the process on our own time as we tried to get the best rates, not necessarily on the fastest timeline (by choice). Would recommend and work with Chris and Teresa for refinancing again.

Recently I refinanced my home with Pinnacle Home Loans. Admit that I'm a tough customer but that did not deterred Guillermo Chavez from providing excellent service from beginning to end. Guillermo's authentic people to people business style is consistent. He is personable, honest, and professional. He follows through, he returns phone calls within a reasonable time and is always prepared to answer those FAQs. And when the customer does not understand something, Guillermo has the right approach for explaining things with great patience and he is not satisfied until his customer is happy. He has a spirit of excellence with a heart for serving people. As for Pinnacle, I don’t have much to say at this point as the relationship is in its infancy – we are not into the first payment, so I have yet to experience their direct service but if Guillermo trusts them, I trust them. Thank you. Angelica Klein
