This Marshalls in the Vintage Oaks Shopping Center in Novato is one of my favorite stores, and I always enjoy visiting. The shopping center is clean and well-kept, which makes shopping easier. The store is usually well-stocked and organized, so I can easily find great deals. The shelves often have a lot of merchandise, all neatly arranged. Over the years, I have found many treasures here, including shoes, shirts, and jackets. I have also seen items on my shopping list at much lower prices, which is always a bonus. The staff members are friendly and helpful. When I have asked for assistance, they have made an effort to help me find what I need. This Marshalls is a popular place for bargain hunters in Novato and Marin County. It is a main store in the spacious, open-air mall, offering many brand-name and designer items at discounted prices, including clothing, shoes, home decor, and beauty products. It is a convenient stop for shopping, as the Vintage Oaks Shopping Center has over 55 retailers and restaurants. My partner enjoys going on bargain hunts while I hold our puppy and stroll through the store, making it fun for both of us!

I usually don’t return what I buy ,this time was different I bought a shirt for my mom but it was too big for her we went to the store on 4/14/26 around 5 pm and a guy who I believe was a supervisor or something said the tag wasn’t belong to this shirt! he was literally looking to my eyes and lying so that I couldn’t return it! I said ok let’s match it with the sku number! then he was like ok next time don’t detach the tag from the item! he gave me my refund but he was literally lying to me saying the tag wasn’t the right one. He was so rude and he was like a low class person I don’t know why they put such a rude person with attitude in the store!

I always love coming to Marshalls, and the employees are always so kind! I am a regular shopper at the Novato location. Today (Dec 16), Ruby went above and beyond to help me. She was so incredibly personable and her kindness added a lot to my shopping experience.

I felt disrespected and unfairly treated at this store because I am Latino. The staff’s attitude toward me was cold, dismissive, and noticeably different from how other customers were treated. No one should experience discrimination while shopping. Racism has no place in any business, and I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training for employees.
