I feel like the gardens person is very understanding and help you when you don't understand how it all works the first time I showed up lost gate code got the gate code then couldn't figure out how to get into the building cuz it's different from all other places everything is locked up they have cameras very safe. All the places inside a very nice it's very tidy even the porta potties are very clean all wheelchair accessible big open doors to bring whatever you have inside almost feels like it's temperature controlled.

Best price for self storage in Novato! Public Storage used to have good prices, but looks like they got greedy..

Employees are friendly, however it is environmentally insecure. Especially the top floors. It gets very warm there in the summer so you need to be aware of what U store there and if it is susceptible to heat.

I needed a large secure space and Novato Self Storage had exactly what I needed. Everyone I had contact with could not have been more helpful especially when I was freaking out because I had already given notice but my expected pickup had fallen through. The onsite personnel were instantly responsive to any issues and worked with me to make everything go smoothly when I had to bring in a container and forklift to load from storage. The storage I used was an outside storage but I had no complaints. It stayed dry during heavy rain. It might be a bit out of the way for some people but it was absolutely perfect for me.

It was a heartbreaking situation, my mother had just died and I had been burglarized multiple times. I was blessed and lucky enough to get a storage unit for some of my belongings. I had to ask a friend for help, luckily he was available. I maintained my composure and completed the task. (Thanks friend!) The service clerk made it easy to complete the application, as I was in shock and couldn't complete anything. The storage unit was neat and clean. I never got to ask the Clerk whether they shipped to Oregon (?). I wish I had kept the unit I could have kept my belongings safe from thieves. Thanks Novato self storage for your service!
