Even though we did not end up scheduling the chimney sweep and repair service, Santiago was very responsive and generous with his time and expertise, walking us through several options for our chimney repair and fireplace venting needs. He explained the work in simple terms, answered our questions clearly, and gave helpful guidance about the chimney system. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend them as an honest, professional, and dependable chimney company.

I couldn’t be happier with the chimney service. From the fast inspection and clear quote to the short wait before the job started, the whole process was smooth and easy. The chimney demolition and rebuild were handled professionally, with no hassle, and the workmanship really exceeded my expectations. I compared three estimates, and this team gave me the most confidence with fair pricing and strong knowledge of chimney work. They explained the scope clearly, kept the area tidy, and completed the rebuild with great attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone in Novato needing chimney repair or rebuild services.

I called about being told I might need a new flue liner for my boiler vent and some chimney repair. An appointment was set up quickly, and Santiago came out to inspect everything. I decided to move forward with the chimney work, and Santiago and his assistant arrived on time, explained the repairs clearly, and were very easy to work with. They were professional, careful, and did excellent work at a fair price. The chimney and flue work were completed smoothly, and I’m very happy with the results. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing chimney sweep, flue, or chimney repair services.

Jerome scheduled our chimney service visit and was very friendly and easy to work with. Santiago, the owner and chimney technician, came to our home in Novato and quickly looked over the fireplace and flue in the house we recently bought. He explained a few clear options to fix the fireplace issues and improve safety, including needed chimney repairs and venting concerns. The estimate was promised within 24 hours, which we really appreciated. The whole experience felt professional, honest, and focused on quality chimney sweep service. We felt confident in the inspection and the recommendations, and it was clear they care about doing the job the right way. Well done.

Great chimney service, very professional and quick to respond. After another company missed my appointment for a chimney cap replacement, I called and a crew came out that same afternoon. They installed the new chimney cap in under 30 minutes, explained the work clearly, and made sure everything was secure and functioning properly. They also cleaned up the area completely and were friendly and helpful the whole time. Carter provided a very fair price, much lower than the other quote I received. I’m very happy I chose this chimney sweep company in Novato and would gladly recommend them for chimney cap work and related fireplace services.
