From a tenant perspective, we had an exceptional experience working with this property management team, especially Brandon. From the very beginning, he brought an amazing, positive attitude and was consistently reliable and trustworthy in his communication - something that made a huge difference during what can often be a stressful process. What really stood out was how much it felt like they were truly in our corner. The company advocated for us, helped us navigate challenges with grace, and brought a calm, steady presence that made everything feel more manageable. It never felt transactional - they genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit. Their business ethics are strong and evident in how they operate. Even when things didn’t immediately work out, they continued to support us by sharing new properties that matched our criteria as they came on the market, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful, professional, and highly supportive property management team.

North Bay Property Management has perfect , honest, and great Management skills especially particularly one Rep (Brandon) who has always keep good and open communication within his duties. They make sure you are happy in your dealings with them as well as their attention to details or any common issues that might arise. I recommend this Property Management group to anyone in the North Bay who's looking for these exact services.

Brandon and Marc are such wonderful kind and understanding people to have in their business I would highly recommend them they take the time to listen to you and they return your call when needed. I've worked with them as my landlords now since 2021 they are the best to have in the Novato community! These are the kind of people more businesses need to hire like Brandon and Marc!

We would leave zero stars if possible. To put it simply, North Bay Property Services is the most unprofessional, unqualified, and deceitful property management company you will ever encounter-as a tenant or home owner. Their complete lack of integrity, untrustworthiness, and intimidation tactics are appalling and unrepentant. Buyer beware: do not work with them under ANY circumstances.

Brandon has been an outstanding property manager from a tenant’s perspective, for the last three years. He is always responsive and takes care of any issues quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference. It’s clear he genuinely cares about maintaining the property and ensuring tenants are comfortable. I really appreciate his professionalism, reliability, and how easy he is to communicate with.
