Pretty annoyed. I had a gift card for an exterior wash and asked to add interior. I said I just wanted the most basic and he charged me for the $60 interior and didn’t even show that there was another option, it was like he was hiding it. I looked it up online after because that seemed so expensive and there’s a $40 option. I’m so upset, that’s such a scam. For $60 I expected the best car wash of my life. It’s mediocre at best. I still see dust and dirt.

Great car wash, Best deals on gas too! Fast Service. Jorge and Jeff really are the nicest guys. I picked up this 2001 BMW Z3 yesterday. It was super dirty. Had been sitting for a couple years and was just a mess. Look at this beauty now! Thank you Matt and Jeff's! If you are looking for the best car wash or the best car detailing, you must go to Matt and Jeff's in Novato.

They did a fine job detailing my vehicle… however the last thing I did before leaving my car in the hands of the detailer was to put my keys in the cup holder. My house key was on a red Pom Pom- (tennis ball sized) When I got my car back that portion of my key was gone. They took my house key and the mini Swiss Army knife attached. I returned and asked about lost and found- no success. I was locked out of my house. I’m sure the key was of no interest- just the pocket knife. I will NEVER return. Novato Car Wash is my new go-to. Sad

Matt and Jeff’s is easy and efficient, but don’t come here for value, or expecting to be impressed. Every one of my visits has produced mediocre at best results. Just got back from a spa treatment ($90 after tip!), just buy the basic. I haven’t noticed any difference between their service categories, and the upsell is not worth it.

I love Matt and Jeff’s car wash! I was talking to my 90 year-old dad yesterday that I needed to get his car washed as it has been sitting quite a while. Shortly after an offer for a free car wash at Matt and Jeff’s came up in my Facebook newsfeed! Just what I needed. I did pay the 20 bucks to have the interior done, but it was totally worth it to have Dad’s car looking brand new. I used to bring my pet grooming van here regularly when I ran a business in Marin, and the car wash intake Guy actually recognized me! It was really nice to visit here again. They’ve always done a great job and are super friendly and I highly recommend to anybody with a dirty car.
