I have used Thorsson’s a few times from basic auto repair to major rear end car damage. Each time I have been very pleased from the quality of service to the final result. Their customer service was excellent, thank you Phil, Theresa and Glenn.

Took my truck to Thorsson’s for an oxidation fix on the hood and top of cab. They did a FANTASTIC JOB! Out of the three appraisals I got, theirs was the honest one. I was very grateful for the honesty and information they gave. It’s really nice to see that there are still people out there like that. So, if you need work done, everyone I encountered there was extremely nice, helpful and honest. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry.

I've been going to Thorssons for years! Unfortunately I've had quite a few accidents. I think I've actually used thorssons probably around 5 times. I'm a big fan. Phil and Theresa are always on top of it. The quality of work is first class. They gave me a free tow from Hayward to Novato when my car was not able to drive. I highly suggest coming year because they treat you right. Not many shops like this around anymore. Thanks Thorssons!

Dropped off my car to buffed for scratches. A Car wash (not in my town, but on the road), really did a number on hood paint. Thorsson's Auto Center made our car LOOK LIKE NEW again & Michelle at the front desk was welcoming and texted me on time when it was done. It's nice to have a LOCAL Body shop that cares.

My experience at Thorsson's was superior from beginning to end. Phil was extremely personable and professional on every level (as was Theresa), the workmanship was excellent and my schedule and needs were accommodated with understanding and grace. I won't go anywhere else. . . who would?
