They were very helpful. The gentleman that was there helped me even though I pulled in right at 5. Absolutely wonderful, I wish I caught his.

The office staff was quick efficient and very knowledgeable. They got me in and out of the office with his little wait or hassle. We’ll definitely use them again. Next time I need to rent a truck.

These two guys in the office and staff were so helpful, delightful and jovial. Equally important, they had an absolutely safe-feeling environment during a pandemic where I pretend I have COVID and so does everyone I come in contact with; this keeps me ever mindful to not become a “part of the problem “(the currently peaking pandemic). Like never before, and as always should be, all lives matter. The only thing I thought to add was to keep the front door open, but it was a really cold day outside. They were totally service oriented and positive. They even made a reminder call which was awesome. Easy to use online reservation too. Thanks guys at U-Haul Bel Marin Keys. BTW, I wouldn’t have taken the time to do this review if my Google maps didn’t have a notification to confirm someplace in my timeline...I don’t usually click on those notifications, but I was curious where I was 3 days ago👍😷💜😊

I’d like to compliment Dennis, who works at 425 Bel Marin Keys Blvd in Novato. He is super friendly and super helpful. He showed me how to wake up the truck, gave me solid advice on choosing a 15” vs. 10” truck, and answered every question I had with really detailed explanations. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and makes things easy to understand.

Learned that U-Haul rental reservations are not guaranteed! I Uber'd over to pick up a truck and was informed the prior renter decided to keep it another day. I was told "Sorry". I was then told if I wanted to wait another hour, there might be a truck available - I waited (more like 1:15 mins) and luckily there was something available. So 3 stars instead of 1. Still, won't be using U-Haul again.
