We had a great experience working with Trent at Novato Chevrolet. He was easy to communicate with, made the process smooth, and went above and beyond by getting us a new set of tires and making sure the car was fully detailed before we took it home. All of the salesmen were friendly and helpful. I want to especially thank Miguel. I would not have been able to make the sales agreement if not for his willingness to work with me on the price. I am grateful. I don’t have much money and this car has to last me the rest of my life. He also provided valuable information about the vehicle and was willing to answer any questions. Jaydan was very kind when I hit a curb during the test drive. He was willing to take time to show me the details of operating the car and understanding the technology on the dash. Before I left he “accidentally” put more gas in the vehicle than he intended to. Again, I am grateful.

Found a car that I wanted to purchase for my daughter's first vehicle. I was actually vacationing in the area, and Joel brought the car up from Novato, to Santa Rosa, so that I could test drive it around our hotel, as I felt uncomfortable buying a vehicle site unseen. He let me drive it wherever I wanted, and then later, they sent me the documents via email to sign. I signed same day, virtually, then the following morning at 9am, Joel brought the vehicle to me at the hotel. Such an easy transaction, and it was so nice to not have to waste my vacation at the dealership. Great experience, happy customers. Thanks again Joel & Miguel.

Just bought a work van and it was an easy and professional experience. They delivered it to me and I signed the paperwork ans we were done in 30 minutes. Thats a record. No bs or trying to sell me a Maintence agreement. First class car company
