Snobby for this place ? You told me you could help me, but then you couldn’t and then your company decides to say that I hung up on them when I really didn’t because for whatever reason Storage pro kept disconnecting me for weeks so if you told me you were gonna help me you misled me you could’ve called me and told me you weren’t interested in helping me. Thank you very much. I wanna cross the street to don business. I found your company to be rude and pretentious. Also telling me that they would help never called back . They promised me to give me a half off on the first when they were supposed to organize it and they never did so I keep my business with someone else more honest and straightforward. Look elsewhere wood unit near water is bad idea !

The staff is excellent, always super friendly and helpful! There are carts and items you can borrow to wheel large items. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the facility itself is a little inconvenient if your storage space is on the top floor. There is no elevator so you have to carry everything upstairs and it’s a little narrow so it makes it difficult but still manageable.

Dante at the front desk was very efficient , with a sense of trust and comforting from what I could tell, and I was very pleased with service in total.

Quaint little storage, and very clean. The manager and staff are friendly, attentive and welcoming. Moving in was a breeze with the available to use carts and dollies.

Jessica was fantastic. I've been searching for a unit that fits my needs. I called she said come right over. She was pleasant and helpful. The units are fair price. Thank you.
