Brandon Singh was our mattress specialist at our Novato Mancini’s location, and he made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and provided great service from start to finish. He helped us find the right mattress without making us feel rushed or pressured, which led to us walking out with a mattress scheduled to be delivered. Highly recommend asking for Brandon if you’re shopping for a new mattress!

The specialist helped me right away. We consulted on options to use my Temper-pedic bed in a daybed frame. We also identified the typo of pillow I have, so I could purchase the same type. It was in stock, too. Thank you.

Graham is and always has been terrific at customer service. He's knowledgeable about all the beds that you carry and informed me well so I could make the choice that was right for me.. not sure why you want a review at this time since he was just booking a time for your people to come out to turn my bed around, but regardless, he's well worth taking the time to do so. I will always go back to him because I know I'll get superlative service and that he'll give me all information I need to make the correct choice for me.

Brandon Singh of Novato store was amazing! He was 100% on point on his customers need. I was seriously planning to purchase a new mattress and my mom just tagged along with me because we were running errands together. Brandon was so good at explaining the features of all the mattresses I was trying at the store, his knowledge and excellent customer service convinced not just me, but my mom too and we both purchased a new mattress together! We are so lucky to get assisted by Brandon and your company is so lucky to have him too. He makes a great impression of the company. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Sales people were knowledgeable, applied no pressure and proceeded a very relaxed pace. Was able to get very clear information laid out so that comparing the options was easy.
