We have the highest regard and appreciation for John Hammer in guiding us through the process of selling our home! This process is financial, of course, but also emotional. John was professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, patient and accessible. Thank you, John!!

John exceeded all expectations when we chose him as our agent. He provided exceptional support with the logistics of preparing the house for listing and negotiating the offer. This was no small feat, yet he remained patient, trustworthy, and reliable throughout. His recommendations for vendors were excellent. His impressive track record as a top sales agent, along with his effective communication, market knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail, made it an easy decision to work with him. John's insightful advice, kindness, and positive attitude significantly reduced our stress during the process. He truly was the best realtor we could have wished for, and we are incredibly thankful to him. If you're thinking about working with John, don't hesitate to give him a call; you won't need to look any further.

John is hands down one of the best realtors we have ever worked with and we highly recommend him. He is communicative, professional, hard working and consistently held open houses. He represented us in selling my parents unique Novato home and went above and beyond to secure a great offer! As a former realtor in another state, I can sincerely say John is an amazing agent!

John was a fantastic choice to help with the sale of our family home, guiding us along the way with updating the house, keeping us informed and was always available for questions. If you are looking to sell your home or looking for a new home John is a great choice to be your realtor.

Among having deep experience and knowledge of the market, setting our home up for sale, the laws and processes, and being excellent at being available and connected ("always available"), John was a patient and calm guide amongst the process.
