I recently dealt with Charlie Quine at 1Broker to get home insurance under the California FAIR plan. I found him to be incredibly helpful, taking time to talk to me through various options, dealing with some of the quirks of the CA FAIR website and so on. This was particularly impressive since I understand FAIR plans are not even part of their core offering. So I gave him my highest review.
