I have sold with them, purchased from them and more recently, moved the property management for my unit to Hodge Estate Agents. They’re not your regular run of the mill agents. There is no BS, they’re honest and to the point, put their head down and work hard, resulting in the best outcome for their client. I’ve bought and sold several properties over the years and I wish I met them sooner. They’re your best option for sales and their property managers actually respond to calls and emails - which rarer than hens teeth!!!

Recently met Kosta at an open house at New Farm I loved the property and purchased it. After my experience with Kosta as a buyer and speaking with Henry, I was so impressed I employed them to sell my house. Kosta provided me with a number of contacts and tradespeople that expedited the process of bringing the house to market and achieving a fantastic price after a mere four days. The entire experience was made bearable through the knowledge and professionalism that Henry and Kosta bring to the table. Could not recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to buy or sell a property with Hodge agency again.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Charlotte as my property manager. She has always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring, making the entire process stress-free. Any issues were handled quickly, and she consistently went above and beyond to help! Thank you for making renting such a positive experience! Highly recommend 😊

Kosta and the team at Hodge Estate Agents are superb and I highly recommend them to others. I met Kosta at an open home of a property I was interested in, but not ready to purchase due to the need to sell my own home. Kosta came on the same day to appraise my property, and then patiently waited over the next six months while I prepared the property for sale. Without being pushy, he thoughtfully advised me along the way, recommending low cost improvements (and great contacts to assist me), which ultimately achieved a great sale result in just over one month from listing. Kosta was dedicated, efficient and most importantly he invested in honest relationship building with me and prospective buyers - which I believe is the key point of difference Hodge offers over every other real estate I've dealt with. Could not recommend them more!

We sold 2 properties with Hodge over the last 2 months and we cannot rate them more highly.. Nothing was too much trouble, they gave great advice and we were thrilled with the outcome they achieved for us. If you want honest advice on the sale of your property, and like dealing with a small committed team & not the normal big franchise agencies, then I highly recommend Hodge. Thanks to Kosta, Henry & Renee for such a wonderful experience in selling our 2 properties with you.
